I'm quite happy to send my Harris guards to you as a pattern if that would help. I've had a quick look and the spacer idea and I think that they would probably do the job. Could you let me know if you want to use the Harris guards as I know the original request on this thread was for guards to fit standard footrests and I dont want to cause you any problems.

Dunno if they're any good, (prolly not) but, 2004 demon tweeks catalogue has "carbon look" heel plate covers for the storm. Â£26.00 a pair.
