I wouldn't ride that! For 2 reasons. 1: it's ugly 2: it hasn't got stabilisers :lol:

Disadvantages of doing stuff in a heated room, I'm dripping with sweat.

Ready now to take the cam covers off but first I think I'll completely detach the rads and oil cooler. And, of course, the oil cooler mounting bolts are seized.

Time for a break.

Cybercarl's "manual CCT" pdf has been a godsend. Very well done that man! The only comments I would make is that it's so much easier to take the airbox cover off keeping the filter inside it and,,,, "with a wiggle the carbs pull off". Not if they've been stuck inside their inlet rubbers for 17 years they won't. Well, not easily....
