Hi Asterix, I paid £5395 OTR 3 years ago. Wave the cash in front of his eyes and haggle a bit, after all he isn't giving you a choice of colour is he? It's worth a go :)

NOOOOOOOO !!!!

Check Dobles website out, they are flogging new pre-reg VTRs for £5,295 or maybe even less OTR.
They are in south London but deliver anywhere in the UK, i'm near Durham and only charged me £100 delivery.

Try First Line in Arnos Grove, N.London as when I was looking they had a blue pre-reg at £4950 though they offered me a crap price for trade in. Eventually paid £5495 at Lloyd Cooper but I don`t think that they have any more. Price is not the issue though. You should be looking at the actual difference that you have to pay as I was £50 better off though I paid £500 more on the new price.
Good Luck!
.... no more bike, divorce sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As mentioned above, if you are part exchanging its the cost to change that counts. Just changed my 'W' VTR1000 for a Pre Reg 53 VTR1000F3. The F3 was on at £5600 but I got a decent px value on mine. I got mine from http://www.wiganhonda.co.uk but I don't think they have any left. I was offered a very good deal on a blue one from http://www.redlinehonda.co.uk for a straight sale (no px).

Cheers,

Ian.
