Crash Bobbins/Protectors

Post by stevieVTR »

Can anyone recommend or has anyone `tested` these type of products. I saw some R&G ones on a VTR in a shop but they looked too short to me to stop panel damage. I had some Rhencullen (Bike Design) ones on my last bike but they are about £130 and i`ve not seen wht they look like or how they fit. I`d prefer not to have to cut the fairing if possible especially if they don`t do a decent job. Any advice would be useful.

See the following link for a "test" of the R&G protectors as well as the Creations Engine Armour.

Ouch!! No one hurt I hope. That sort of answers my question except for ho easy are they to fit, how long to fit and should I get someone to fit, etc. Dealer has them for £100 + fit.
Thanks Al
