Things are going to get a lot worse!!!

Post by Fireman on a Storm »

If you thought speed limits were a pain now, then I've got some really bad news. Having just spoken to our Traffic Management man he informs me that there is likely to be no stretch of single carriageway road left in Bucks which is National speed limit. Everything is going to be 40 or 50 limits.

This is apparently the way things are going to go country wide. The only good news is that none of them are likely to be enforced, as none are based on an accident history.
Apparently this is what the voters want!

parts of Warwikshire went that way 10 or more years ago, If we took the wrong road off the Fosseway we ended up trawling through 50mph limits everywhere. not sure if its still like it as havnt been off track for a while.
