last year i swapped to manual cct's.
Tripple or quad checked that the slack was 7mm on both front and rear cam chain before locking the nuts up.
I rode the bike a couple of times before puttning it into hibernation over winter and it was running great.
Now I have some difficulties starting it like it's somewhat hard to turn over from piston?
Could be old gas and carb need calibration.
I loosened the tensioners 1/4-1/6 each when I was working on it this spring as they seemed to be too tight.
Now I'm questioning myself if they are too loose since i can hear a rattle quite clearly while in 2nd gear and going about 3000rpm.
Read that it's possible to adjust the mcct's while the engine is running once it's gone up to working temp, loosening untill you hear distinct rattle then tighten till it stops and then unscrew about 1/8 of a turn?
Before attempting this I will switch to stock exhausted to more easily hear the rattle...
