It's not an SP2.

He's now corrected it, it turns out it's a Ducati v4 superleggera, which explains both the colour and the price.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I’ve seen a lot of this so far this year ,
People jacking the prices up on bikes and used parts .
People need to get real and lay off the wackybacky :deadhorse1:

I tired to help the poor misguided seller out by pointing out that it isn't an SP2, and got this reply:

"Why don't you stick stick your head were the sun doesn't shine! You interfering dpsht,SCMC,.it states year and model and firestorm ,and sp2. I will not change listing, do one.🤬"

You can't help some people...

Perhaps we should send him some SP2 pictures to help him identify which model he owns.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

So unless I've missed something over the last 14 years since when was the Storm a widowmaker ?

Maybe some divorces along the way...

The only V twin I remember that was referred to as "the widow maker" was the Suzuki TL1000S due to it's poor handling. Tank slapper's were the problem,

You’ve known him long enough to know that’s not true!!!!
For him to respond like that to Tony’s message, he is deliberately trying to deceive people, robbing Tw4t!!!!

The term widomaker for a bike was first used for 70's Kawasaki H2.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kawasaki_H2_Mach_IV

However the origonal Widomaker was not even a bike...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_ ... tarfighter

Scroll down to the safety record bit...

''In October 1975, Lockheed agreed to pay a total of 3 million Deutsche Marks (US$1.2 million) to approximately 60 widows and dependents of 32 Luftwaffe pilots killed during flight operations, though the company declined to admit liability.

Oh & the best bit...It was origonaly fitted with a downward firing ejector seat !
