what have you done to your "bike" today
Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
Pulled 'em all back out, built back up the callipers stripped yesterday. pair of fronts & 1 rear.
Had a visit from Vanstub, repaired the rear of his Hound of the Bladeaville, it had fallen over in the high winds the other week & bent the rear end at a strange angle...
Tommorow go back to work every day just reduced job count... Back to commutting on the Custurd...Didn't wash it in celebration...

First of two test days at Cadwell. Shame someone wasn't feeling very friendly.

Today I have mostly been playing with my new foot rests. 40mm drop. Yet to try them out but so far feel ok. Let's hope my knees agree.
Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
Yeah I'm very much heading the same way. Went for a decent run yesterday but the knees and wrists were complaining...
Insufferable halfwit.

Thanks Chris, I do hope so. I have been struggling a bit. Flat bars have certainly help with my hands. Never had issues with my wrist but had very painful hands
