I'm staying on for the racing.
Wife is heading out in the minibus on the Wednesday after our weekend.
Anyone else making a week of it?
UPDATE:
Change of plan, I've applied for a job I quite fancy and the interviews, if I get one, are the Weds and Thurs, so will be heading back home on Monday after all.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Yet another reason to try and get another storm sorted.
Have invited brother in law along but he only has a cb750 running at the minute. Told him that's not happening so he may start to sort his wreck of a thundercat...if he wishes to attend that is

Re: Northern Ireland storm 2019.
Not going to make it this year i'm afraid.
I've just got too much on and something has to give. I've been offered the opportunity to go to the TT with one of my cousins and his lads and as I've never done it before I just couldn't say no
Have a good one Boys and hopefully I'll be catching up with you all on some of the other runs

Hi all, spoke to Fabiostar today to make sure the dates JULY 19TH, 20 AND 21 for this event are cast in stone, he replied with a yes, he also mentioned that they were looking to us a base point South of Belfast more towards a place called Newcastle.
Just wanted to know what you lot are doing as regards the ferry, the earlier we book the better deal we'll get, I'm thinking of going the same way as last year and travelling over Friday and returning the following Thursday, what's your take on it guys ? anyone else stopping on ?
What do you Northern lads think Cairnryan to Belfast, or Cairnryan to Larne ?
At the moment booking with Direct Ferries Cairnyarn to Larne for rider plus motorcycle is £75
Cairryan to Belfast is coming up at £88, Larne to Belfast is about 20 miles.
Holyhead to Dublin is about 3hrs 15 mins at around £130
Liverpool to Dublin is about 8hrs at around £180
Liverpool to Belfast is about 8hrs at around £140
So to me the best route for the Northern lads would be the Cairnryan to Larne

Re: Northern Ireland storm 2019.
as kev says, the dates set .
its been moved south of last year, Newcastle area, co down, theres a huge golf thing up at portrush this year and you wont get near the place, itl be less riding for folks to get to base no matter if you use Belfast or Dublin.
the next 2/3 weeks will have all the possible sires visited and se what deal i can get for us as a group ..
so alls good to go. get those boats booked because it will be heavy that weekend with the golf. they are expecting in around 70k people at it and many will be from the mainland

Cairnryan to Larne for me too. I'll confirm who else is coming from Tyndale and then get some ferries booked.
