Further update

Hi all, just to bring you all up to date.
First off I'd like to thank you all for your swift payments, this made it much easier for me, I sent a cheque this week for the remaining balance, here is a copy of the email I received from John at the Bunkhouse, please note the emphasis he makes about the directions, this is especially for Tony who managed to fly past twice last year

Dear Kevin,
I am pleased to confirm that full payment has now been received for your bunkhouse booking, reference 775 for sole occupancy, arriving Friday 14th September and departing16th September Sunday .
All bookings are accepted on the understanding that you agree to our terms and conditions which can be found on the website at http://www.bunkhousemidwales.co.uk/bunk ... _terms.php

In particular we would draw your attention to the requirement for a £200 security deposit in cash on arrival. This is fully refundable on departure subject to the accommodation being left clean and tidy as on arrival, with no damage or breakages. Any damage, breakages or excess cleaning will be charged accordingly.
Electricity is also the hirers responsibility and is paid for by a meter which takes £1 coins, and you should therefore bring a supply with you.
The booking is made on a self catering basis, but we are able to offer meals if required, and provided that we know beforehand.

As most of our guests bring their own sleeping bags, bedding is not included but is available on request for a small additional fee of £4.00 per bed payable in cash when you are here.
IMPORTANT: Please do not use a sat nav based on postcodes because it will take you to a nearby farm instead, where you will not be welcome.
You are advised to follow the directions as set out on our website at http://www.bunkhousemidwales.co.uk/directions.php Alternatively our Ordnance Survey grid reference is SN998750. When arriving please call at the house so that we can book you in and show you around. If you are likely to be arriving late please let us know so that we can give you some instructions.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the Mid Wales Bunkhouse. If you have any questions in the meantime please let us know.

We have to take an electricity supply with us?
Can we fab up a generator with a Storm engine?
Or will a battery do....

I'd've asked instead of assuming, but as it's Kev's gig I'll leave it to him to reply....

Ok, how many Haynes manuals do you need? Mine are cheaper than Mac's, but greasier as I occasionally used one.
