I got that 200 piece Halfords Advanced set in September. Today I noticed one of the attachments was faulty. Hadn't used it before so never noticed. Anyway took it to Halfords. Showed it to the fella and within a minute I had a replacement. No receipt or anything. Simple and painless and a bit of a relief as I have heard of people having trouble getting bits replaced.

Finally managed to get out on the bike for her first run in a couple of months. Was really nice to be on her again. Freezing though. Roll on March!Image

Very nice - in all departments.

Why the lack of 'go faster' decals?

Haven't got round to them or going for 'street sleeper''?
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

To be honest I was going to put decals on. Then I decided I would just put tank decals as I like the blue and black. Then after a while I just kinda decided to keep it as is. Now I am unsure what to do. At some point it will be coming apart again! 😂

Took the golf out the garage and finished off the lady few bits . Drove it to the mot station and it passed with a clean sheet !! Not bad as it hasn’t turned a wheel since I brought it over a year ago lol . Got a few more jobs to do on it before I let the wife loose in it

Well done Lloydie  it's always a good feeling when the vehicle you've been preparing for it's mot test passes

You should be okay for a few brownie points now

The no decals does grow on you..... you just need a set of number boards

Some of you know about my recent job woes. Had a meeting today to decide if i would be unemployed or not after 10 years in the same job. Happy to say I am still enployed and the storm will not be for sale in the near future.
