Thank you ..will post pics of this build as i have not come cross bike eng with 103k on her clock ..but very well looked after so interested to see internal condition.

Haha...this has not used a drop of oil ..since ive had last 8 mnths.. is down on compession.so im hoping can do whole eng on a $1000 budget

That's interesting.
Normally with high mileage engines the rings and bores are worn so they use oil.
If you have low compression with no oil use then I'd suspect guides or valve seats, so a simple heads off and refurb might be all you need.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
