I've seen some strange creations in my time but that is definitely amongst the strangest. Clearly the guy is into scooters but wanted something with a little more power, I started on scooters myself so I can understand the motivation, just not the execution.

I think you'd have to go a long way to find anything weirder!!!

I started my motorcycling on scooters but soon moved on to bigger wheels and at 60 I'm still enjoying them!!

Thinking about the subject of this feature, I was trying to wonder what had been going on inside the head of its creator. But on reflection I think that getting inside the head of the person who thought up that hideous monster could be a dangerous game!!!
