OK, so update time, I've had a quote for 40 (80 pieces) flanges to be made. It will cost me £1072 which is a production cost of just under £27 a flange.

My question is what would you guys expect or would be happy to pay for a reusable SS exhaust flange. I haven't shopped around yet, it's more to get a cost of production and really need feedback on what people would be happy to pay for one. I know a new exhaust system is around £280 but would people pay say £45-£50 for a SS flange?

£20 to £25 per flange [ie 2 bits of metal, not a full set of 4] is about the level I would think is OK

I've just bought CAD software that I may hoping will let me drain it and hoping that will enable me to get them made cheaper as I can just walk in and ask them to cut as per file.

Plus I know a guy who has contacts abroad so I'm also going to put it across to him as well.

I think what you are doing by trying to get some of these split clamps made up is brilliant
