Seeing some knob in his shiny white convertible Bently...

Get in a row with a 40 ton artic cos the prick thought it was his devine right to push in at the end of a queue...road works clearly signposted that the outside lane was closed, cones narrowing down...you know the score.

Said Bently driving knob head drives right up the outside, last min signal & turns into an ever diminshing gap in front of artic, which whilst only moving slowly still has to brake to aviod hitting it...Large parp of horn !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr Knob head stops & gets out...

Sorry but I didnt hang around to see what happened next just rumbled off laughing...

Jessica Alice Kennedy born yesterday morning at 11:23, 7lb 8.
She's had a rough start, bless her, had a few breathing issues early on which are ok now, and they're working on the neonatal unit to bring her blood sugars up. They're taking fabulous care of her, poor thing is covered in canulas, tubes and wires (quite a few more now than in the photo), but she's doing well. The wife is all good, just rather sore.

Thanks fellas  Jessica is being well looked after and they have had to make her a special cocktail to help keep her blood sugars up as there constantly low at the moment due to the wife being type 1 diabetic. Hoping this will get her insulin levels back to normal. She also has a small heart murmur too but the Dr's are keeping an eye on it and if it is still there Monday then they will be doing a heart scan to see what's happening. At the moment she is a bit young for it but there not concerned. Both of them are tuff cookies and this morning it was proved on the neonatal ward that Jessica is just as stubborn as her mum  women  hoping we will all be allowed home towards the middle of next week but just have to wait and see.

I have to admit it's an odd feeling now being a dad. Seeing Jessica as she is at the moment with the wires and tubes attached isn't nice and I'll admit it makes me well up. When I'm away from her yes I think about her and how she is doing but it's nowhere near as prominent. Normal dad behaviour? Or maybe it's cause of the rough time as a child with always being in hospital with on of my brothers and I'm just more used to it and always had to help look after my siblings? Who knows. What I do know is I want the best for both my girls and I love them to bits :biggrin
