Oh, was it a silver one?

I can still see bits of my boot sole in the treads on the pedal end, best do it properly.

And it'll rot in no time now you've removed the protective coating of road tar and chain grease......
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Changed oil&filter ,
Stripped and cleaned all the calipers and drilled the middle piston ,so now I only have one rear brake line .
And gone to a 14mm front brake master cylinder .
Fitted all new sbs brake pads too.
Also fitted a new sprocket carrier bearing .
Ran out of time so I couldn't test ride it so it's going to have to be in the way to work in the morning .

Decided to make a start on the radiator clean up and paint. Both very badly corroded. Decided to paint them black to go with the frame etc.
Only managed one because I lost the other tin of paint!

Once again. Better than it was.

Cheers agentp, swollen knee, swollen hip and somehow the padding on my jacket moved and gave me a road crashed inner elbow and bruising. Oh pride a bit dented as well. Bike still rideable but battle scared, nothing a bit of filler and painting won't cure. Managed to keep my head off the floor so saved myself £350 for a new lid. On the plus side, called in sick for work tonight lol.

Only damage to the van was a cracked rear light.
