1st one is pull hard or get a small flat head under the base and push sideways as it splays when pushed in, 2nd one push up and they should pull off. Might be a little stiff.
If it aint broke, get your bloody hands off it!

Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

Trim clip tool won't help with these, Mac.
They have arms that spring out when inserted, and there's no way of getting to the arms to push them back together to extract it. The arms bends backwards if they don't snap off as you pull it out, so although you can re-insert it it won't stay in. They're a single-use item.

You have a fair point, and so has the knife I use- just tape the frame around the clip, pull the clip away from the frame and cut.MacV2 wrote:Gets them out tho & that was what he was asking...Never mentiond using them again did he...?tony.mon wrote:Trim clip tool won't help with these, Mac.

You'll never get the broken-off plastic bits out, but they cause no harm.

OK, thanks for that. I seem unable to find a source of new ones though
I'm sure one of you clever chaps will know where

Is the left hand side one.

Dosen't show the lower front cross member one as a seperate item.
Pull them both out & see if the holes are the same size...if so use two of L/H side ones...
Or maybe it comes with when you buy a new frame @$1368.99...

That's not a bad price compared to a set of new crankcases....MacV2 wrote:Flatline wrote:OK, thanks for that. I seem unable to find a source of new ones though

Re: Does anyone know how to remove these clips? Sorted!
As I had cut the front engine spacer to free the bolt, the frame is knackered
So I cut them out. Sorted

Re: Does anyone know how to remove these clips?
Frame's not knackered, file the boss flat and use spacers.
If you can hacksaw neatly down on the frame side of the frame to boss join. Then slide in a 1mm thick washer.
