Well iam bolloxed off. I can now only do the run on saturday. I have to fly to Edinburgh on sunday. my flight is at 0845.

Busy week next week, Middlesborough for 3 days then Scotland again. I hope to be there for the 10am start, i was early last year and i think its closer. I will be out from 6 as normal.

I shall stay Sunday night and head back Monday AM.
It'll take that long to rebuild the carbs (again)....but i'm getting close.

It ticks over at 9:1 but wot is 12.8-13:8, so all good. After all, how much ticking over do you need to do? I'm not planning much over the weekend.

And, by the way, yes, I want UPDATED.
