Kermit re-visited
So, it seems only fitting to carry on the good work started by lloydie...
While there's little to do in reality as so much of the hardwork has been done, but I still like to make my own mark on things, with that in mind I have a few minor things planned:
Viper carbon cans - ultimately high level, but I'll settle for just making some noise for the time being!
Repaint the hugger to match the rest of the fairing
Get a comfier seat sorted by Elsemade - already spoken to them about sorting something out
Headlight relay mod - can knock a few of these out if people are interested - details to follow...
Change the speedo face back to stock
Swap the mirrors

This is great Kermit went to a forum member, it's almost like Kermit never left
You've got yourself a lovely bike there, I look forward (as I'm sure many other do as well) to seeing what changes you make
Chris.

Re: Kermit re-visited
Been a bit busy with other things, but still made some time to do a couple of little bits...
Fitted the twin headlight relay harness. Headlight is much better now, far brighter.
Had a bit of a fiddle with the low speed/idle mixture as I was getting a bit of surging at low engine speed and constant throttle, most noticeable at 30-40mph. Seems better now. My previous storm did it as well and I just learned to ignore it most of the time.
Just waiting impatiently for the link pipes to arrive so I can fit some proper cans to it and wake up the neighborhood....
Planning on pulling the rear hugger off it at the weekend and giving that a fresh coat of paint. Can't decide whether to do it in the same green as the fairing or to leave it black, just shiny...

Noooo! Leave it black and non obtrusive. Can't decide whether to do it in the same green as the fairing or to leave it black, just shiny...
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

That's better.... Just need to tidy up the mounts and get some clamps for the link pipes onto the headers as I don't have any the right size.
