How do you make a yellow one look good
How do you make a yellow one look good
This should be good
I can't find a preferred colour so what options have I got....Believe it or not this is a serious question

1/2 a gallon of unleaded & a box of matches works best for me.popkat wrote:This should be good

Spray it or find someone with a set of bodywork in the right colour whose up for a swap.
I've got the Silver one, which was originally Yellow so happy to swap that as long as the yellow panels & tank are all in good nick.
Is it the darker slow yellow or the custardy even slower yellow ?

This colour, don't know which shade it is, don't like the pipes either but bike looks very clean, ignore the price I can't pay that for it.

I know we like to take the pee out of any colour other than our own bike's, and this is another ideal opportunity but this time I'm going to give a sensible answer
IMO the early version yellow paint looks better, but both yellows (earlier and later versions) look good with a black frame and dark screen,
Chris.

Re: How do you make a yellow one look good
nothing wrong with yellow malc,
btw there's a silver one in Plymouth for sale on f/b, £900 maybe even less, the guy put triumph headlights on and raised bars, sort of street fighter, but he's kept all the fairings to return it to standard, you can sell the triumph headlights for £100 all day long.
high-ish mileage tho, but if looked after it might be a decent cheap storm, ripe for tinkering with....

HEY YOU GUYS!!!!!!
Re: How do you make a yellow one look good
Don't want anything to tinker with, I have other bikes that need tinkering with and they're not done, just want a nice bike to ride with usual/useful mods already done. I have enough working on bikes all day which is why my other ones aren't done
I've given myself til march but I'm fed up searching the internet all the time, might give up..
