Lemon Curd

Lemon curd yum. I haven't had that in years. My Nan used to make her own so that has childhood memories for me. It was her that got me addicted to Chocolate. I remember her taking me down the Co op and getting her Green Shield Stamps. She used to buy me little tubs of Nuttella when they first came on the market.

Thanks mate, that's brought a little smile to my face triggering some memories.
