Polished swinger and frame.
Anything super polished seems to sit well with yellow paint schemes but what are the general thoughts of the massed rank of Storm riders?
Love 'em on LCs that I've done up, just not so sure on this ere vtr.

Dear "confused of turnip land", keep your many extra fingers away from the polishing wheels and leave the frame alone. If you want to improve the looks of it paint it a decent colour, candy Tahitian blue springs to mind!!!

Re: Polished swinger and frame.
personally I don't liked polished frames, the first storm I bought had a polished frame(it was a cheap bike)
on the other hand painting or powder coating the metal work satin black makes the storm look more modern, just my opinion mr turnip head...
what colour paintwork are you thinking of mate, and will it match the green brake lines that you sold to yourself.....

Re: Polished swinger and frame.
Polished bits look gash IMO, leave the frame well alone & step away from the polishing mops as Kev says.
Then ignore both Kev & Marty re colour as both have no taste.

Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...
Re: Polished swinger and frame.
It's personal choice at the end of the day but remember it's not a polish and leave it. You will have to keep on top of things to keep it shiny unless you seal/lacquer the shiny bits over. It don't take long before polished bits start to oxidise and dull down. Shouldn't you decide on the paintwork colour before deciding on whether or not polishing is the right route to take.

polished is best and I am unanimous in that !! .
Yeah , ok , I do have to give it a going over on occasion
but I think its worth it to have something that doesn't
look humdrum , ordinary , plain and BORING ! like all
those standard looking frames you lot have .
