I may have saved a few stills from a series of a very similar name into my photobucket account for just such situations!!!

I also have this one -

No relevance, other than one for the w*nk bank, but I like it!!!

It's not all about what you do, it's mixed with what you eat too. With the job I do I eat lightly all week, have a drink only 1 night, then have a go at the weekend  :D  I also play 18,27,36 or 45 holes of golf a week too, mostly in the summer, light nights and all, great excersise, can also spoil a good walk too

I found on my last track day I got tired when hanging off the bike. So now as i commute on the bike I ride on the motorway and try to hold my weight off the seat about an inch from one overbridge to the next. Its getting a lot easier so it must be doing something.

Well apart from looking a prat on the motorway....

We've mostly gone off topic here ( as usual  ). Kev's original post was asking does fitness affect riding abilities? My answer would be yes :D simples.

I played rugby yesterday for the first time in years and its the first lot of exercise I have done in a while too. I can't walk this morning. My legs are so painful it's not funny. So exercise, over rated as far as I'm concerned

It would be nice to get fit again but now work are starting shifts its impossible to get into a routine of eating and exerciseing correctly.

I do think fitness is important especially having a strong core and legs on a bike as you do use them a lot when moving around in a bike . I remember the first time I get my knees down every year and the cramp in my hips I get is bad after a few months of not riding
