Daylight MOT

Does anyone have a definitive link to rules/regs on a daylight MOT? Also do any of you have experiance with this ie does it adversly affect your isurance?

Horn
Full size number plate with reflector .
Tho just the number plate I would if thought .
Yes you will have to tell your insurance as it's a modification !!

Best call you mot station and ask them as they all interpret the rules differently

Either No front or rear position lamps or permanently disconnected, painted over or masked. no brake light, no rear reflector, no indicators.
bike can only be used during daytime hours and not at times of seriously reduced visibility. An advisory notice will be issued.

Thanks all, don't think i comprehended how much those rules (cybercarl link) could be interpreted, for instance the note on exhausts a DB limit would be useful
