Hahaha great replies! So 970Nm isn't the correct torque setting? Damn, I didn't need that mile long extension bar then
Carl, that's what is odd, the bike had been standing over night so it wasn't the contraction of any metal causing the tick, my money is on Magnum's theory.. now I'm going to have to burn the bike as I've heard it's the only way to exterminate the "Giant killer watch beetle of doom", maybe El President has come face to face with said beast and lived to tell the horrific tale?

If your bike's rear end goes "oink oink sqeeeal!!" then that's the bacon butties taken care of…

That's weird then if the bike's been sitting overnight. It's either electrical, like a relay or something or something must be under extreme pressure and it's tension noises your hearing. :confused

I tell ya I'd love my bikes rear spindle to be ticking instead of the uneven rumble/ banging that's coming out of my bike plus the flames!!

Jamie you've gone & left your vibrating butt plug under the seat again haven't you ?

Now the batteries have run down it's just ticking...

I'll admit my first thought was that he'd mistaken his vibrator for his rear axle...

I mean, we all know about the time he mistook his rear axle for his vibrator
