So you can disconnect it there without it leaking?
Yes as fuel wont leak past the vacuum diaphragm unless it's faulty. Same as the 16l. The only difference is that the 16l vacuum diaphragm is attached directly to the tank.

Fitted the 10mm ones some time back, the white ones, not cheap I think they cost 14.95 each at the time so the price has gone up.

They seem to be well made and have caused no problems when removing the tank, as has been said not cheap but does make life easy.

As others have said I think the 8mm ones would work ok as long as the jubilee or o-ring clips are tight.
