If anyone else fancies doing a project like this I've got 2 of these damn BMW's in my workshop, taking up space, getting in the way and generally pi$$ing me off. K100LT's I'll sell the pair for £900. one mot'd and taxed but has warped discs, the other semi stripped no injectors.

Fuel hose
Service kit
Gear box oil
Bank took a hammering :/

Today the bm took a shake down test!

After not starting at all and spending some time drinking coffee and more coffee
I got to the point where i was going to call it a night and go home...... Untill i checked the clutch wire!



Bing! fired up first time after it had been laying in a garden for more then 5 years!!

Went well and every thing is working fine. Just got to tidy up some loose ends and get the thing out on the road
next is mot time and tax then bloody thing

Soak some tampons in petrol and slide them in the pipes !
Light them and start the engine up pmsl :-)
