I've just got a top yoke for a CB400SF - supposed to be a bolt in replacement, from eBay. Then I can size up bars on Pauline's....

Why does the original have pinch bolts but the billet one doesn't?

Does the top type not need securing then or does it do it a different way?
Why ask... sometime you just go to do it and find out?

Top yoke conversion

It fits on top of the standard top yoke and The stem nut holds it in place .
Not the best of designs I know I wouldn't trust it .
