I created and run New Forest MTB and arrange rides in the forest. I'm building up a repertoire of routes and will be looking to organise some all day rides in the future. Would anyone on here be interested?

Good on you Geo. I never got on with off-road, but a great idea. Someone set up a similar thing round here for roads - it's a great way to get to know routes and other people. Hope you get a lot of takers

Went to Beverley E. Yorks Friday night to watch cycle race. Elite Race Series race 70 minutes + 5 laps in centre of Beverley. It was near to where we parked the bikes those who came to the classic car show earlier in the summer. Very fast racing impressive to watch. Saw one racer who'd finished his race come off on the road when riding back to pits, somehow he snapped his chain, blew his front tyre and cracked the toptube on his carbon fibre frame. Grazed arms and legs but he was more gutted about the bike. Biggest motorhome in paddock was Uk youth team sponsored by Nigel Mansell (Greg Mansell was in race)
the yamaha finished 4th

fkin cycle day lol..... theyre at it again over derbyshire today so a planned run to buxton & matlock is off.
they certainly know how to ruin a day out.
no other road users are as selfish imo (apart from joggers)
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
