Back in one piece just about as started at 4pm - used the event to fiil in a few gaps in my taste buds,

Started gently with half-a-perry, next up a Titanic cappuccino stout 4.5%

"The combination of the brewer's and the barista's talents this fabulous beer combines the original dry Titanic Stout with the flavours of warm, enveloping smooth cappuccino. Relax and enjoy, with or without cholocalte sprinkles."

Settled back to normality with A Colchester Brewery Blonde, studiously avoiding the Stonehenge, Sign of Spring (I kid you not - it smelt like it looked but had a sip and it wasn't too bad  ) http://www.stonehengeales.co.uk/sign_of_spring.html

A bit of a blur after that with a couple of beers to wash the sight away, along with some chicken curry

Then finally on a recommendation a Belgian Trappist bottled beer 10% (imagine burnt fizzy strong stout)

Excuse me as I must lie down after Chocolate Fudge cake.....
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
