odd bikes
are there any odd bikes you like, that aren't your usual cup of tea?
I don't like cruisers one bit usually, but have always like the victory hammer s for its "hitman" looks
I'm also a huge fan of supermotos and ktms especially

Re: odd bikes
hmmm yes? they have a sort of attraction?
don't you think you would feel a bit self conscious turning up anywhere on it?
bloke at work has got a victory hammer thing . another guy who has a Daytona 675 went out for a spin with him and said it was so unwieldy he had to stop and wait for about 5 minutes every 5 or 6 miles!!
on the supermoto front I would quite like one of these

Re: odd bikes
It looks nice but I wouldn't want to own one. Not a fan of cruisers or any of those types of bikes, purely because of the attitude owners of those bikes seem to take in that they think they're above other bikers. Puts me off the riders as well as the bikes.
Can't think of any "odd" bikes that I like, but I'd happily swap my right testicle for this anyday
Seriously one of the most beautiful bikes around. Or not around, the originals are a PITA to find and most of them spend their life collecting dust in a garage or museum.

I also like the look of the xt660x, but I don't think they're a "proper" supermoto as they're overweight and underpowered

Re: odd bikes
I always loved the harley flat track racer
And have had a soft spot for MZ 250s
But top ofthe list is this
And I agree the yam is too lardy to be a supermoto, it's just a lookalike copy

Re: odd bikes
I was looking at the Victories at the bike show the other year, really liked the look of them, got put off when I discovered how much plastic was on them.
Re: odd bikes
I quite like these, originals are getting rare these days, should be better for my wrists to...

Re: odd bikes
Ural or dneiper 650 horizontal twin with a sidecar on.
Utterly useless, but it's got a reverse gear.
One of my funniest memories was in Milton Keynes riding backwards flat out in reverse round a small roundabout with the back wheel coming off the ground in little hops, chirping when it landed each time, with the owner chasing me trying to pull the keys out.
I couldn't see for the tears of laughter.
I'd have one of those, you need a full-length leather coat and a cork hat with goggles, though, or no-one will take you seriously.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
