would have to give this meeting point a miss, this adds another 100 miles to the journey.
100? What route are you planning on taking up there?

if I meet Tony before going up will be M25 to Brentwood - M11 - A1, if not then will be going cutting the route down A12 to M25 off, going A120 past Stanstead - M11 - A1

put in route planner CM8 2XL to LS25 2LX and you will see what I mean

OK, Geo, looks like we'll see you there.
I'll hang with the Essex boys.

Bazza, just tell me when and where- I'll make it.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Let me know the route you decide and I will try and hook into it further up north. If it's all motorway though, I'll see you there :P

Jonesy, shall we say get to mine for 10am and I will have bacon rolls and coffee ready, then meet Tony at Brentwood services at 11.30am for fuel.

It's a 40 minute run down to the services therefore we will have 50 minutes or so to eat rolls and drink coffee and a catch up.

This should get us up to Squires around 3pm - 3.30ish depending on stops

Its was planned for the Friday. They're not now. (South east boys) They are heading up the east side of the country. I'll probably pass through Oxford at some point. I am only heading as far as Derby though so you'll have to make your own way to Squires.

I might be doing an observed ride for someone near Nuneaton but not sure yet. Once I get all the details, I'll update the 1st thread. Keep an eye out
