I take it you not too computer literate then. Posting pictures is not too difficult. You will need an to use an online image hosting site like photobucet or equivalent which is free to join. http://www.photobucket.com/ It's as simple as uploading your image to photobucket and copy and pasting the code they give you across into your posts here. If you get stuck we are here to help. http://www.vtr1000.org/phpBB3/viewtopic ... 18&t=27367

do you think it needs doing if it runs ok and its not guzzling fuel ?? . I am fortunate that mine runs as sweet as a nut and I get better mileage than some on here. (lucky) I have had the bike 4 years and done about 6 k miles. if nothing changes I would,nt dream of fiddling with the carbs

hiya hairy  wise choice of bike :cool2

Definitely worth checking. And it's not really fiddling with the carbs as all your really doing is making sure the throttle is opening the carbs by the same amount.

Welcome along Hairy Biker.
Will you be attending The Newark Classic / Custom Show in June? I am staying there the weekend with my Club so if you do go, come and find us if you want a tea / coffe or even a beer. West Middlesex Mcc in the Club Stands Section.
