Bike porn? BMW HP2? No, for me this isn't bike porn.

Look at this http://www.horex.com/en/vr6-roadster.html

This is real bike porn. A VR6 engine - six cylinders with 180 HP and astronomic torque. The newest technology in a classical timeless outfit.

20.000 Euro isn't too much for this piece of mechanical art.

Münch originally stuck an NSU engine in a bike frame and went on to produce 'titanic teutonic' engineering monstrosoties (imo!) - the Mammoth

found out they now are into electric bikes and ran one at 170mph or so at Daytona, so they're still around.

It's not a Golf engine. They use a newly developed V6 engine for motorcycles.
In the second stage, the engine is equipped with a compressor and has more than 200 HP.

The original Horex motorcycles have very oriented to the classic British motorcycle design.
The modern Horex follows this heritage with exquisite accessories.

Many people don't like the aggressive design of modern Motorcycles like Panigale or Benelli TNT
and prefer the old fashion style of motorcycle like Horex with technical innovations.

Dunno about that mate, can't really call it true V engine with couple degrees in between and only two cylinders not inline, this is more like a jeep inline 6 engine  with a twist, if I would be into more retro design I would much prefer the Moto Guzzy Griso 8V

I think anything above 4 cylinders on a bike is just unnecessary  Even bikes with 33bhp have more power than quite a lot of people would use (don't point fingers at me, I use all 33 of my little ponies )

Only one I would somewhat support would be an IL6, as they are apparently the smoothest engines you can get  V6 (arguably) ? No thanks

True
But a brick can do 120 mph....if you chuck it off a bridge or cliff.
It's all about how fast it can get there
