I insured mine today, 550 comp excess, no voluntary,
helmet and leather cover, personal accident cover, legal cover etc

third party fire and theft at 770 a year

I'm 23 and have a pending accident which was in no way my fault, but they're still arguing so can't use my no claims and also got three points

personally I think 770 considering my age and other factors I think is quite cheap

i believe the storm is one of the cheapest 1000cc bikes to insure, which is handy because you'll need that money to offset the cost of fuel.....

Jeez when I look at the cost those costs your paying, it makes me want to move out of London even more. Insurance gets so much cheaper. I'm in my 40's and it costs me 220 TPO :eek2

I've got a feeling that bad history from my past is coming back to haunt me. :( But I shall start doing a lot more shopping around for next year rather than just using the price comparison sites.

I renewed my yellow storm in September fully comp and protected no claims for £105 then got £40 off via quidco so has only cost £65 for the year
