SP1 Stalling

My 2000 SP1 with just 2500 miles has started to miss fire around the 200rpm, when you try and pull away it stalls unless you wack the throttle back, its fine after 3000rpm

any ideas?, plugs may need changing?

Going in for a service on Saturday, its gota be plugs as I disconnected the Powercommander and it aint that

By the years and mileage it look like you don't get out much...

Maybe the petrol is old. Aparently it turns funny after a few months of sitting in the tank. Can't speak from experience as I ride almost every day.
