i actually think the rear hump unit must have been fettled down from an IKEA sofa its bloody huge!. Like some bits though. I want to cut the butt end off mine and just have the seat and nothing behind it. I can weld etc so not a problem but not sure about cutting the rear seat unit down? any ideas?

I would suggest buying a single seat from another bike or make one and cover it. Or buy a cheap crappy single seater, pad it out a bit more and recover it.
