I thought that, but don't forget the import taxes as well. Also it's more fun to build your own than buy a second hand machine with possible unknown history.

cheers, don't have the time to get on here much lately, got a cut-down triumph sprint for riding at the mo, but fear not, i've definately got the 'storm bug, and will be doing another one in the not to distant future.... 8) 8) :thumbup:

Not sure about these but seems a bargain for a regulator/rectifier. anyone had any experience of these. £10 for a RR seems very good indeed

that is a china copy of the later Honda part..........not sure if the chinese part has any good warranty history to say is is as good as the Honda part, but I would be worried that you get what you pay for!

I had one fitted for over 16 months now it has been fine and its not had an easy time with me doing some long rideouts up to 500 miles.
