performance stick coil conversion

Post by IED »

Has anyone got any information "How to" do a stick coil conversion for a VTR f.

I only have sketchy details at best and believe it involves CBR stick coils. :confused

Have a good read through the workshop section mate, as Lee said. Nice simple mod and it feels good once completed.

There's also some good info on the Superhawk sit as well.

Stick coils will give maybe a couple of extra horses, mainly because of old deteriorated HT leads already on the bike. Also there is less cranking involved to start on the starter. So all in all a nice little mod/upgrade.
