a new company on ebay selling brand new cheap undertrays, they need painting and drilling but the price is good, i might even get one for myself, not sure if the fit will be any good tho

The under tray does look tempting. Though looking at the top of the pic it does look like its not even :s may just be me though. Will keep my eye on this

it looks like a direct copy from a pyramid under-tray of which i have had two and found them good quality and easy to fit

You could try body fill your existing cowl to the seat unit and make a hinge magnetic flap in the top?
