Post by carlos1982 »

just to say hi.
my names carl and i live in dawlish, devon. i have had my storm for a year now and love it!

mods so far, viper oval cans, kreiger ctt's, motrex mushrooms, light levers, d/bubble screen
fairing lowers, hugger, led taillight with integrl indicators
soon to have k&n airfilter

wish list :- steering damper, armstrong disks and an sp1 :D

question i am 6ft 2" and 14.5 stone and have been told i may be too big for an sp1and as i
can't find one to test ride, maybe someone here has the same problem or not

cheers

Yeti's 6 foot and quite a bit more and he manages to squeeze on his Storm/s in a tangle of elbows and knees - best get a test ride to see how it can fit

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

I'm 6'2" as well - and I fit fine on an SP. My mate has an SP1 - he's gotta be close to 18st and as tall as me, and fits fine. If you do buy an SP and can't get on with it, I'll take the hit and swap it for my (uber fast Orange) 'Storm...

Oh, and welcome!

Hi welcome Carlos,

I know Dawlish very well, my sister lives there. You may see me on my Black Storm down there one day. I would like an SP1/2 but I would keep my storm as well.

Have Fun
