You know when you have one of those moments when you think, that would have been great if i had a video camera, well today i had one of those moments fortunately for you lot i did have a video camera and it was recording and i thought it would be mean not to post it up :D :D :D

yes, I had a good laugh..........why did we not get to see the vid all they way till you got it out....I was looking forward to seeing how you managed that, and how wet you got :D

I could do that every day!...............I work at a Peat Bog, and just like that you can test it as much as you want but the bugger still breaks through.....good fun though! :cool2

I had already found out what could go wrong, my feet were already wet so decided sod it lol

It took me about half an hour to get out, will speed the vid up as fast as i can and upload it, but it was basicly backwards and forwards till i broke up enough of the ice to get through

I couldn't believe it broke to be honest the ice was 2" thick in the middle.

I have an old winch i plan on fitting in the next few days, going to bolt it behind the front plate so its hidden then just hinge the front plate, be handy to get me out of holes like that.

Looked like wet feet, but good to see you had rope and other equipment with you.....need to get chains on the back wheels :thumbup:
