I had the front 2 of mine seized in, they both broke off !. I heated them up a bit and as said before just worked it back and forth 1/4 turns and they came out. I replaced the stepped size ones with 40mm stainless set screws 8mm all the way, and cut of the head off to make new studs... Hey presto no more seized in studs ... :D
