clutch locking tool i made mine for £4 2x strips of mild steel about 2&1/2 feet long and bend 90' angles 3 inches from tip drill holes half way bolt together

I tried that, from the diagram in the Haynes manual.
Now made my own from some old clutch plates bolted together.
Works just fine....
As I said, only joking, got most of the special tools for these now.
The only thing I've had to pay someone to do for ages is re-cutting valve seats- I really can't justify buying a set including all the mandrels for occasional use.
Oh, and dyno runs, obviously!
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
