I currently have a grabrail on my storm so I guess I just bolt this one on and off when I need it.

if you go back on the ebay page there is a picture @ the top of a new one & shows the fittings you should get with it.

They look exactly like the fittings already installed for the grabrail, so hopefully four bolts and its on and off when required.

Yep, the rack and the rail use exactly the same mountings so your sorted. In fact you'll have a spare mounting kit you could sell / loan out.
