Post by taffr »

evening all, just bought a honda sp1 in castrol colours so i thought i'd look about for like minded people, had lots of bikes over the last 20 years from 250's up to 999's, had a vtr firestorm back in 1998 and thats what got me into th v twins, living in berkshire but originally from swansea, looking forward to chewing the fat with you all

cheers for the welcome lads and ladies, she has quill cans full service history all the mot's, was a little tatty from getting no love but some elbow grease has changed that, more clips and screws to change to make it even nicer, bits i want are an original screen to replace the red double bubble one, uncut rear undertray so it looks sensible, non rusty headers, some rust free oil cooler pipes and some nice rear exhaust hangers, or i may just cut the pegs off the standard hangers and polish them up a little, did that on my blade and it looks good and original too, running dunlop qualifiers at the moment and they seem very good indeed, here are a few pics...............................

Quite possibly.
Unfortunately I'm on six points ATM, once I'm back down to one I might think about it......
