Bar risers

Post by Nosepicker »

Hi guys

Has anyone tried these bar risers out?
Some kind of handlebar conversion is needed on my Storm I'm afraid, but I would like to keep it as discreet as possible - yes, I am a vain old fool :shh:

Works okay though likely need to trim the fairing.

Not exactly answering your question, but another option here using VFR750 clip-on handlebars (VFR800 work as well):-

Thanks guys. As always your replies highly appreciated
Bertye's thread on fitting VFR bars was really interesting reading. And a great job aswell. They look like factory fitted clip-ons IMO
Whatever I decide to go with rest assured that I will be annoying you a lot more over the subject during the coming winter :D

And don't forget to close the bars when it gets to 22:00
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

So, an update on the riser subject.
I just ordered the risers I originally mentioned in the first post.
I guess they will have to do in the transition period before I go full monty and fit ape hangers and forward control kit  :)
