Old gits comfort

Post by scouse645 »

Hi, over the last year or so iv'e started to get bad pains all over, especially on long runs, isle of man ect, can only do about 50 miles when i need to stop :( i don't want to give it up yet but i was wondering if there is anything i can do to make it more comfortable, not the seat so much as i think that's comfy, maybe the bars or footrests in a better position? i think it's a comfy bike overall but we all get older

Mod the handle bars with raisers (trimming fairing usually req.) and get footrests dropped.

Or look at getting a comfy Varadero...

I presume when you fit raisers the cables are not long enough?
