VTR1000 with MT-09 seat

Post by mik_str »

Howdy folks,

I have always liked the short and thin seat configuration on the MT-09 (FZ-09 over here in the colonies) and so decided to try to see what it would look like on the VTR (sorry for the crappy graphics job).

so, what say you?

The back end looks great but I'm not sure it goes with the front. Modern sharp and angular meets old round and curvy.

If you're going to do it Micky, the seat has to marry up to the tank well for it to look good IMHO.

This bike to me looks great, only let down by the way the fuel tank does not marry up to the seat well
