See if Halfords have some blinker / indicator fluid - make sure its orange tint and LED compatible.

Just did mine yesterday, the indicators had stopped working, MOT looming, took the switch off cleaned it and they now work. There is a slight delay however, the relay clicks a couple of time before the indicators actually come on, so might change the relay as well for what they cost.
